“一带一路”沿线及金砖国家数字经济与产业融合发展研修班莅临GIIC和鸿蒙生态服务公司考察交流

10月26日，由商务部国际商务官员研修学院承办、共熵产业与标准创新服务中心协办的“发展中国家数字经济与产业融合发展研修班”一行30余人，在全球智慧物联网联盟（GIIC）的组织下，先后走进全球智慧物联网联盟和鸿蒙生态服务（深圳）有限公司（以下简称“鸿蒙生态服务公司”），实地考察开源鸿蒙（OpenHarmony）生态建设与创新应用成果。研修班学员来自“一带一路”沿线及金砖等9个国家，多为各国数字经济、产业、财政等领域的政府官员和技术人员。

On October 26, under the arrangement of the Global Intelligent IoT Consortium (GIIC), a delegation of more than 30 participants from the Seminar on Digital Economy and Industrial Integration for Developing Countries visited the Global Intelligent IoT Consortium and Harmony Ecosystem Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Harmony Ecosystem Services Company”) to inspect the ecosystem development and innovative applications of OpenHarmony. The seminar was organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Ministry of Commerce and co-organized by the Commentropy Industry and Standards Innovation Service Center. The participants came from nine countries, including countries along the Belt and Road and BRICS countries, and were mostly government officials and technical personnel in the fields of digital economy, industry and finance.

上午，研修班一行首先来到全球智慧物联网联盟，参观了解联盟在智慧物联网标准体系建设、开源鸿蒙生态推广、国际产业合作等方面的工作情况，并在联盟合影留念。全球智慧物联网联盟长期致力于推动开源鸿蒙+物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术的产业融合与国际交流，为此次考察提供了组织协调与接待支持。

In the morning, the delegation first visited the Global Intelligent IoT Consortium, where they learned about the Consortium’s work in building the standards system for the intelligent IoT, promoting the OpenHarmony ecosystem and advancing international industrial cooperation, and posed for a group photo. The Consortium has long been committed to promoting the industrial integration and international exchange of next-generation information technologies such as OpenHarmony plus IoT and artificial intelligence, and provided organization, coordination and reception support for this visit.

下午，研修班一行莅临鸿蒙生态服务公司，在工作人员的引导下参观了鸿蒙生态创新中心体验馆。作为全国规模最大、场景最丰富、交互体验最生动的鸿蒙生态展示平台，体验馆涵盖政务鸿蒙、医疗鸿蒙、社区家庭鸿蒙、工业鸿蒙、金融鸿蒙、教育鸿蒙、安平鸿蒙、电力鸿蒙及鸿蒙应用等十五大体验区。学员们边走边看，先后来到政务服务、智慧医疗、智慧家庭、智慧办公、公共安全等场景，现场体验了搭载鸿蒙系统的智能终端、智慧病房、多屏协同办公、鸿蒙电动车等创新应用，直观感受鸿蒙万物互联的广阔前景。

In the afternoon, the delegation visited Harmony Ecosystem Services Company and, guided by the staff, toured the experience hall of the Harmony Ecosystem Innovation Center. As the largest, most scenario-rich and most interactive Harmony ecosystem showcase platform in China, the hall features fifteen experience zones covering government, healthcare, community and home, industrial, financial, education, public security and power Harmony, as well as Harmony applications. The participants walked through scenarios such as government services, smart healthcare, smart home, smart office and public security, and experienced firsthand innovative applications including Harmony-powered smart terminals, smart wards, multi-screen collaborative office and Harmony electric vehicles, gaining an intuitive sense of the broad prospects of the Harmony Internet of Everything.

在智慧办公体验区，长桌上整齐摆放着多台搭载鸿蒙系统的二合一平板和智能终端。讲解员一边演示一边讲解，文档、数据和画面可在多台设备之间无缝流转、多屏协同，任务接续、跨设备编辑一气呵成。学员们围聚在桌旁，饶有兴致地观看演示并上手体验，对鸿蒙分布式技术带来的高效、便捷办公场景频频称赞。

In the smart office zone, a number of Harmony-powered 2-in-1 tablets and smart terminals were neatly arranged on a long table. The presenter demonstrated and explained how documents, data and images can flow seamlessly across multiple devices and screens, with task continuation and cross-device editing completed in one go. The participants gathered around the table, watching the demonstration with great interest and trying it themselves, and repeatedly praised the efficient and convenient office scenarios enabled by Harmony’s distributed technology.

在智慧家庭体验区，中国移动打造的家庭机器人成为全场焦点。学员们围聚在机器人周围，饶有兴致地观看其语音交互、智能陪伴、家庭服务等功能演示，并主动上前互动体验。机器人灵活的反应和可爱的形态引得大家频频拍照、连声称赞，现场气氛热烈，学员们对智慧家庭的美好生活场景表现出浓厚兴趣。

In the smart home zone, the home robot developed by China Mobile became the highlight. The participants gathered around the robot and watched with great interest its demonstrations of voice interaction, intelligent companionship and home services, and actively stepped forward to interact with it. The robot’s agile responses and cute appearance prompted frequent photos and praise, creating a lively atmosphere, and the participants showed keen interest in the wonderful life scenarios of the smart home.

在智慧医疗体验区，讲解员演示了鸿蒙智慧病房解决方案，病床旁的智能监护终端与护士站大屏实时联动，AI护理助手让诊疗护理更加高效。

In the smart healthcare zone, the presenter demonstrated the Harmony smart ward solution, in which the smart monitoring terminals beside the beds connect in real time with the large screen at the nurses’ station, and the AI nursing assistant makes diagnosis, treatment and nursing more efficient.

在公共安全体验区，搭载鸿蒙系统的电动车和移动终端吸引了众多学员驻足围观。大家纷纷拍照记录、上手体验，对鸿蒙系统的丰富生态和“中国智造”的创新实践表现出浓厚兴趣。

In the public security zone, Harmony-powered electric vehicles and mobile terminals drew many participants to stop and watch. They took photos and tried the devices themselves, showing keen interest in the rich ecosystem of Harmony and the innovative practices of “Intelligent Manufacturing in China.”

考察中，鸿蒙生态服务公司相关负责人介绍了鸿蒙生态创新中心的建设运营情况，以及中心在技术适配、测试认证、开发者赋能、人才培养等方面的公共服务能力，并围绕鸿蒙生态建设、标准化推广和行业解决方案与学员展开互动交流、现场答疑。

During the visit, the relevant person in charge of Harmony Ecosystem Services Company introduced the construction and operation of the Harmony Ecosystem Innovation Center and its public service capabilities in technology adaptation, testing and certification, developer empowerment and talent cultivation, and interacted with the participants and answered their questions on Harmony ecosystem development, standardization promotion and industry solutions.

鸿蒙生态服务公司作为鸿蒙生态官方推广服务平台，以“繁荣鸿蒙生态，赋能万物互联”为使命，为鸿蒙生态伙伴提供商机对接、技术支持、生态推广、人才培养、测试认证、政策宣贯、奖补申请等一站式服务。

Harmony Ecosystem Services Company serves as the official platform for promoting and supporting the Harmony ecosystem. Guided by its mission to “foster a thriving Harmony ecosystem and enable an interconnected world,” the company provides Harmony ecosystem partners with integrated, one-stop services spanning business matchmaking, technical support, ecosystem promotion, talent development, testing and certification, policy outreach, and support for incentive and subsidy applications.

此次考察是研修班“实地走访、互学互鉴”的重要环节。学员们纷纷表示，通过实地考察，深切感受到中国在操作系统自主创新和数字经济产业融合方面的丰硕成果，希望以此次研修为契机，深化与中国在数字经济、开源技术等领域的交流合作，共享数字化发展经验。

This visit was an important part of the seminar’s “field visits and mutual learning.” The participants said that through the field trip they deeply felt China’s fruitful achievements in the independent innovation of operating systems and the industrial integration of the digital economy, and hoped to take this seminar as an opportunity to deepen exchanges and cooperation with China in the digital economy and open-source technologies and share digital development experience.

全球智慧物联网联盟（英文名称为Global Intelligent Internet of Things Consortium，缩写为GIIC）于2024年6月正式成立，GIIC是由物联网和鸿蒙生态伙伴共同发起、产业共建的国际产业组织，旨在构建万物智联的产业新生态。作为首个聚焦“物联网+鸿蒙”的国际化产业平台，GIIC将团结全球产业链伙伴，推进鸿蒙万物智联生态走向世界。
