The ACM Visits Hetao Headquaters to Explore the Collaboration

In the morning of July 3, a delegation from the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM) of Spain visited the Hetao International Organization Headquaters. The delegation was led by Ms. Meritxell Budó, President of ACM, Mayor of La Garriga, and former First Vice President of the Government of Catalonia, Spain. Key members included Lin Chuanping, Senior Advisor to the ACM Delegation and President of the Federation of Chinese Associations in Spain; Jaume Valls, General Secretary of ACM; Roc Badiella, Head of ACM Office; and Zhou Yongwei, Executive Chairman of the Federation of Chinese Associations in Spain. Chinese representatives accompanying the visit included Wang Zhisheng, Vice President of the EU-China Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chairman of the "Carbon" Exploration Road Organizing Committee, and Secretary-General of the China Carbon Neutrality Fifty Forum. They were received by Wang Zebin, Head of the Department of Exchange and Cooperation, Development Authority of Shenzhen Park of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and representatives from the Comentropy Industry and Standards Innovation Service Center.

The delegation first toured the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone Exhibition Hall. The exhibition hall comprehensively showcased the Zone's development history, overall planning, industrial layout, and achievements in scientific and technological innovation through detailed materials, vivid videos, and intuitive models. Staff members explained how the Hetao Headquaters leverages its unique geographical advantages and policy support to attract numerous international industry and standards organizations, fostering a robust ecosystem of deep integration and collaborative development between industries and standards.

During the exchange, the delegation members expressed keen interest in the Hetao Headquaters' development philosophy and innovative practices. Ms. Meritxell Budó highly praised the Headquaters' efforts in promoting international industrial cooperation and standard setting. She expressed hope that both sides could further strengthen ties and engage in more substantive cooperation in areas such as industrial development and standard innovation.

Subsequently, both sides held a discussion session. Yang Tao, Vice Chairman of the Comentropy Service Center, provided the delegation with a comprehensive overview of the Hetao International Organization Headquaters' development, including its industrial positioning, current status, and the professional services offered by the Comentropy Service Center. Both parties discussed topics such as industrial collaboration and scientific and technological innovation, and actively communicated on potential future cooperation directions.

This visit and exchange served as a bridge for communication between the Hetao International Organization Headquaters and the Catalan Association of Municipalities, enhancing mutual understanding and trust. It laid a solid foundation for broader cooperation between the two sides.
